(Adds background) June 2 (Reuters) - Boxing great Muhammad Ali is in hospital with a respiratory issue, a family spokesman said on Thursday. Bob Gunnell said in a statement that Ali's condition was fair. Former heavyweight world champion Ali, 74, has been suffering from Parkinson's disease for more than three decades.
