Bobby Shuttleworth had his third shutout in six games and New England played to a scoreless draw with Columbus on Saturday. New England (2-2-2) is unbeaten in four games after losing its first two. Columbus (1-2-2) was held scoreless for the second time. The Revolution's Juan Agudelo drew three defenders at the corner of the 18-yard box in the 36th minute and fed an unmarked Lee Nguyen, but his close attempt was saved by goalkeeper Steve Clark.
